4.1 All deposits to s99my are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. s99my does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges for which s99my bears no responsibility.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The available methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may change without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 4.4 s99my accepts only funds deposited by the registered Account holder via payment methods registered in that Account holder's name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will be refunded to the originating source, less any processing charges applied by the payment provider.
4.5 s99my reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation before crediting or releasing funds in connection with such deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in refund of the disputed funds and Account suspension.
5.1 Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that were used to make a qualifying deposit to the same Account, subject to the KYC verification requirements in Clause 5.2.
5.2 Full KYC identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a recent proof of address document. s99my will process complete KYC submissions within two business days.
5.3 Withdrawal requests to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same banking day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. s99my does not guarantee these processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 s99my does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees deducted by the receiving payment institution are beyond s99my's control.
5.5 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempted withdrawal of Bonus Funds prior to completion of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion of the withdrawal request.
6.1 s99my offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, first-deposit match bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions which take precedence over these general Terms where they address the same matter in greater specificity.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to the Wallet upon fulfilment of any qualifying conditions stated in the applicable promotion terms (such as a minimum deposit amount, a promotional opt-in, or use of a specific payment method). Bonus Funds are credited separately to Real Money Funds within the Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

7.2 s99my's Random Number Generator (RNG) software is independently certified for fairness and randomness. The results of all RNG-based games are final once confirmed by the system. s99my will not reverse game results except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.

10.1 Players may close their s99my Account at any time by contacting customer support.
